The state of Connecticut has relatively few deliverance ministries to choose from.  The state is not small, it’s just that through our research we found that there just aren’t a lot of deliverance ministries in Connecticut.

To start, none of these ministries have been vetted, but are a culmination of ministries that we have been able to find through our inquiries and groundwork.  It is extremely important that you do your own research when choosing which ministry to contact.  Try to find someone who has experience, who has dealt with many different deliverance’s, and who is up to the challenge.

Steps to finding deliverance

  1. So, the first step has already been explained above.  Find a deliverance minister, research to find out more about the deliverance minister, and when you find the right one, set up an appointment.  Some ministers perform deliverance one-on-one, which I highly recommend.  Other ministers perform large crowd deliverance’s, which have left me feeling unnoticed and frustrated. That said, each individual is different, and what worked for me, may not work for you. Deliverance ministers are anointed, to say the least, but there are just not enough of them to go around.
  2. Once you’ve decided what type of deliverance best meets your needs, make the appointment. You can expect the deliverance minister to do a ‘quick’ inventory of your sins to determine which doorway(s) you have open. Personally, this is one area where I think some deliverance ministers make mistakes.  It takes time to analyze all of the doorways in a person’s life that could have or continue to allow the enemy in. In a one-on-one deliverance, there is barely have enough time, whereas the crowd deliverance there is virtually no time. This is why having a deliverance coach can be so vitally important.  A coach will work through all the little things and strengthen you for the battle.
  3. We offer deliverance coaching.  We have put together a method of strengthening the believer to allow them to handle their own fights in self-deliverance. Contact us at Biggerfaither@gmail.com for a coaching schedule.
  4. Once the deliverance starts, the enemy either comes out or it doesn’t.  There can be a few reasons why it won’t; it might have a legal right. Two, it may be a stronger demon, or it just might not be when Jesus wants to take it out.  Sometimes Jesus wants to see us learn to fight or experience a battle in order to help others.
  5. Whatever you do, don’t become dismayed. Jesus is with you at all times.  Many times He is using these situations to help us to develop trust and faith in Him.  Like it or not, in spiritual warfare, we have to completely and utterly rely on Jesus for both defense and offense.  I believe He wants to teach us that total submission and faith in him.
